Absolutely. We provide ongoing communication, check-ins, and feedback. As a teacher-led agency, we’re here to support your professional growth and ensure you’re placed in environments where you can thrive.

Not necessarily. Many of our roles are accessible via public transport. However, having your own transport can increase the number of schools we’re able to place you in.

We offer both. While many educators prefer the flexibility of daily supply, we also work with schools seeking medium- to long-term placements, including maternity cover and fixed-term contracts.

All staff must undergo enhanced DBS checks (on the Update Service if possible), provide proof of identity and right to work in the UK, submit references covering the past two years, and complete safeguarding and KCSiE training.

We pay staff weekly, with payments made every Friday for work completed the previous week. Payment is made via BACS transfer directly to your nominated bank account.

We understand that life happens. If you��re unable to attend a placement, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible—ideally before 7:00am on the day of the booking—so we can inform the school and arrange alternative cover.

We recruit for a wide range of roles including supply teachers (EYFS to KS5), teaching assistants, SEN support staff, subject specialists, intervention tutors, and early years educators.

For teaching roles, we require QTS or equivalent qualifications. However, we also offer opportunities for unqualified teaching assistants, cover supervisors, and tutors with relevant experience or education-related backgrounds.

Yes! We offer full flexibility. You can indicate your availability and preferred travel radius, and we’ll only offer assignments that align with your preferences.
